GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Gift Cards will be sent to you or the recipient by email. You will not receive an actual Gift Card in the mail.
• Gift Cards purchased online in the US may be redeemed for merchandise only in the US at the Randy Rooster website.
• Gift Cards sales are final and they cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless otherwise required by applicable law.
• When returning Merchandise that was purchased online using a Gift Card the original Gift Card will be credited. A new Gift Card will not be issued.
• Gift Cards have no expiration date and there is no fee to reactivate the card if it has been unused for a long period of time.
• Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Purchases in a currency different than the currency of this Gift Card will be subject to an exchange rate conversion on the day of payment.
• The terms and conditions of Gift Cards are governed by the laws of the US.
• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards.
